1) Book a meeting with us (Online, by phone or personally), where we will get to know each other and we will know what you're looking for and how we can assist you.

2) After the conversation we will send you a checklist of all the needed documents and make your financial qualification. The expected outcome is to know how much will the banks grant you with a mortgage and how much can you afford.

3) Second stage, the real estate you're looking for. Not only we can provide you with market data to ensure you're not overpaying for the asset and to ensure the documentation meets the requirements it saying on the website listening.

4) A second meeting might be good to explain the bank's process, fees, taxes of acquisition, account expenses, and all the small letters you need to know.

5) We will coordinate with the bank, the real estate agency, and the insurance company ensuring everything will be ready for the final deed.
